	•	Single Method: Choose one method for a 2-hour session, available from 11 AM to 1 PM.

Classroom Courses:
Our classroom courses are 7-hour sessions, running from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. They take place at the DoubleTree Hilton in Glasgow on the last Saturday of every second month. These courses focus on three of the most popular hair extension methods: LA Weave, Tape Weft, and Nano Rings, providing hands-on training in a professional setting.

Online Courses:
Enjoy 12 months of access, allowing you to learn and practice at your own pace in the comfort of your home.

What Happens if I Don’t Pass the Hair Extension Training Course?

At Hair NY Academy, we are fully committed to your success. With over 30 years of industry experience, I ensure that every student receives the support and guidance they need to pass the course and master hair extension techniques.

It is highly unlikely that any of our students will fail, as I am committed to providing personalised attention, additional resources, and continuous encouragement throughout the training process. I will work closely with you to address any challenges you may face, ensuring that you feel confident and well-prepared to complete the course.

Our ultimate goal is for every student to successfully become a Hair NY Extensions Graduate. We want you to leave with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the hair extension industry, and I will be with you every step of the way to ensure your success.

Do I need previous hairdressing experience to complete your hair extension course?

A..No prior hairdressing experience is required for our online hair extension courses. These allow you to learn at your own pace, with 12 months of access to course materials.

However, our in-person 1-2-1 and class-based courses are advanced masterclasses and do require prior salon experience.

Yes, all our course, whether in class, 1-2-1 or online, are  accredited to the same standard as traditional face-to-face training. This accreditation ensures that our programs are recognised by insurance providers and meet the highest industry benchmarks.

Upon completing your course and receiving your certificate(s), you’ll also receive clear guidance on setting up your professional insurance. Having insurance is vital for hair extension specialists, providing essential coverage to protect you and your clients as you deliver your services.

Our courses are accredited and through BIA, reinforcing their quality and ensuring you’re equipped with credible, industry-approved training.

Do I Have to Purchase the Training Kit Separately?

No, there’s no need to purchase the Training Kit separately for most of our courses, as it is included to support your learning. This comprehensive kit includes a real human hair training head with a clamp for easy sectioning, ensuring credible practice. It also comes with training hair tailored to your selected methods, all the essential tools for application, a detailed theory manual for foundational understanding, and a step-by-step photographic practical manual for hands-on learning.

For 1-2-1 packages and classroom courses, the Training Kit is included. However, if you choose a single 1-2-1 method, you have the option to include or exclude the Training Kit, depending on your needs.

For online courses, you can choose whether to receive the course with or without the Training Kit. However, all online bundles come with the Training Kit included to ensure you have everything you need.

Everything you need to excel in your training is provided across all course formats—classroom, 1-2-1 and online single methods or bundled packages.

With a deep passion for hair, they have successfully owned and managed five salons over the years and have spent the last five years developing a deluxe Remy human hair brand. This brand includes everything needed for hair extension installations, offering seven different methods in over 22 colors and three different lengths.

In addition to running a salon four days a week, fitting clients with seven different methods of hair extensions and hair replacement systems for both men and women, they also provide 1-2-1 training every Saturday and hold classroom training sessions every two months. Their commitment extends beyond in-person training, dedicating countless hours to developing comprehensive online footage to ensure students have access to detailed instruction anytime, anywhere.

This relentless dedication to the craft, combined with decades of hands-on experience, positions our instructor as a trusted expert in the field.
