Booking Terms and Conditions

On booking/pre-booking your course with hair ny extensions you accept the terms set out by us.


Standard Terms & Conditions Policies

  • Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking when booking is no more than 10 working days prior to the first day of training, when full payment is required.
Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction.

 

  • Refunds

All course fees including deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, Hair ny extensions ltd cannot take any responsibility for cancellations of courses including the current pandemic.
If the student partakes in their chosen course and decides it is not suitable for them again no refunds/transfer of funds paid will be issued as it is the students responsibility to research the treatment they wish to train in prior to commitment.

  • Cancellation or Transfer of Training Dates

Should you be unable to attend a confirmed training date for medical reasons, a valid medical certificate covering the named student and day of the booked training will be required to be able to reschedule. Under medical or compassionate circumstances (proof of which may be required) and where immediate reschedule might not be possible; a credit for all or part of the course fee may be placed on file as a gesture of goodwill. Credits will be valid towards training courses only and run for a period of up to 6 months from the date of issue at which time the course fees would be forfeited. No refund of course fees can be issued. If the student needs to cancel their course, course cancellation fees will apply per day.

  • General

In the event that Hair ny extensions ltd Training Academy should have to cancel your course for reasons outside of our control; We will aim to give our students at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation by telephone and/or email. The Academy is not responsible for any accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.
•Students are required to attend on time.
•Classes will commence promptly, irrespective of whether all students are present. •Classes will not be delayed to wait for latecomers, and teachers are not responsible for repeating work missed.
•Students must achieve 100% attendance
•Paying for and attending a course fully does not guarantee a qualification, diploma or certificate of achievement.
•Awards of achievement are gained by the successful fulfilment of the criteria and assessment set out by the Course Tutor.

  • Confirmation of Bookings

Once you have booked a training course you will receive an email within 48 working hours to confirm the booking.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Online Courses are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the resources (videos & training manuals/resources) that are supplied. Courses can not be transferred to another person, or used by multiple persons.

Once access has been provided (by us enrolling you) no refunds are possible. Purchase of the course does NOT guarantee a pass and issuing of an accredited certificate.

Strict standards are applied to the assessment procedure, to ensure the quality and integrity of the online courses are maintained. 

Students may resubmit as many times as they wish, but multiple submissions does not guarantee a pass, unless the require standard of work is reached.
